The Ku Klux Klan hearings were published both as House Reports (13 volumes) and as Senate Reports (also 13 volumes) and are all found in the U.S. Congressional Serial Set. Below are lists of those House Reports (serial 1529-1541) and Senate Reports (serial 1484-1496). The content of the two sets should be largely identical.
